Dear Colleagues, We invite you to join us in Valencia, Spain on 8-10 October, 2026 for the second edition of the International Conference on Endourology, organised by the EAU Section of Endourology. ICE26 will build on the success of the 2025 edition, covering all endourological procedures, both upper and lower urinary tract, including prostate and urothelial tumours. The latest developments in urinary stones, focal therapy and laparoscopic technology will also be discussed. Surgical cases will be presented in full length, “as-live”, with moderation and detailed and interactive discussion with the surgeons. Notably, the three-day scientific programme will feature abstract sessions in an expanded format. Participants will be invited to submit their endourology research that, after a strict selection, will be presented in a longer, more in-depth format than is usual. The programme will also include plenary and thematic sessions and a return of the multi-day “Best Endourologist” competition. Organised by the EAU and its recently-formed section for endourology, ICE26 will feature top experts from around the world and have a highly international character.
